Our lease is up on our truck in May and its time we start thinking about a new vehicle. Its a decision we have been putting off for a while now only because we can not decided on what type of vehicle we need or want.
For our growing family a mini van seems like the reasonable, practical, and affordable choice. However, I have never envisioned myself as a mini van driver, more like a sporty SUV.
All of my friends who drive mini vans love them and I can see the appeal. The storage, the ease of getting in and out, and all the fancy features mini vans come with now do make them attractive to young families. Its just the idea of a mini van that I am having a hard time getting used to. I won't completely veto the idea of owning a mini van but I am definitely going to make sure we explore all of our options. I will keep you posted as the vehicle search continues.
On a different note, we were lucky enough to spend a beautiful sunny Saturday afternoon on a sleigh ride with Murray's parents. There were about 20 sleighs altogether and over 60 people. Cowboy Zach had a lot of fun and didn't seem to mind that we spent over 4 hours on the sleigh. He is still talking about Papa's horses Pete and Pearl. Thank you T and J for inviting us out.

Happy Tuesday!
You sound exactly like our DIL, who swears she'll never drive a mini-van. We told her to wait until she has children and needs to be driving them and their friends to soccer, hockey, baseball, dance, swimming, piano, school field trips...... Gook luck on the search and finding just the right vehicle for your family.
