The risk revealed...

Well sorry to leave you hanging.  I didn't want to say anything until I was sure.  Some were even guessing what the big risk was. No, I am not pregnant for all who thought that might be it.  I am not terminally ill either.   Its actually quite anti-climatic, I have only decided to apply for a job at a near by greenhouse.  I love to garden and have been feeling like I need to challenge myself a little and have decided that working in a greenhouse would be a great way to learn more about plants and gardening.  Tonight I got a phone call from the greenhouse owner and I got the job!  I will start mid-march, right around the time I go full time at work.  Looks like my spring is going to be quite busy.

I am attending a scrapbooking retreat this weekend and am so excited.  Guess I had better get off the computer and get all my stuff organized.

Happy Wednesday!

A Quote to Fit My Mood...

Thanks Sandra for sharing this quote on your blog.

I have a few challenges that have fallen into my lap this week.  They will shake things up for me a bit and  I am a little afraid, but they could be really cool if I decide to jump in with both feet.  Sorry to be so vague but I will tell you more once I decide to take the risk or not.

Happy Tuesday.

Happy Be-lated Valentine's Day

Valentine's Day for us was low key, I had a basketball ball game so Murray came along to watch and to keep score.  On Thursday we went to a local restaurant here in Devon to have dinner and watch the hockey game.  Murray surprised me with roses when we got home.   It was a great evening.  Hope everyone had a little romance in their lives this week.

I'm Back...

We had a great time in Mexico.  It was wonderful to spend uninterrupted time with family and catch up.  We also laid in the sun, swam, and played beach volleyball.  What a wonderful winter break.
